AMC Theatres optimizes ticket sales in theaters with Polytouch digital kiosks

AMC Theatres, one of the largest film chains in the United States known as AMC Entertainment, has deployed an omnichannel strategy to optimize user service and maximize the business. Pyramid has developed a custom Polytouch kiosk for this business that responds to the needs posed by AMC and offers a multi-touch display, IP54 rating and vertical format, adapting to corporate identity.
Designed with Intel Core processor, allows up to 20 simultaneous touches, with a latency of 10 Ms, and Full HD resolution. This solution also incorporates different peripherals such as a thermal printer, barcode reader and QR scanner. A comprehensive set of features that seek user interaction and increased sales in a simpler and more intuitive way.
