Daktronics offers a total visual experience from the street to the stands at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
This new and emblematic stadium in London, who celebrated a few days ago their opening match of the Premier League, has installed numerous solutions of Led screens of Daktronics, both outdoors and inside.
The multinational Daktronics has participated with those responsible for the Tottenham Hotspur in the project of its new and emblematic stadium in London, with the provision of an important number of different solutions of Led screens that will accompany the visitor from the outside of the enclosure to the 62.062 seats that it houses inside.
The Daktronics project at this stage, than last day 3 April celebrated the opening match of the Premier League and ranks as the largest of a football club in England and the fourth in the United Kingdom, has been completed with new Led screens in both the East and West stands, as in the exclusive Tottenham Experience areas, Paxton House and Auditorium. This installation is added to the original project carried out in the year 2018, which included the main video display markers and fascias or rings.
Matthew Collecott, Director of Operations at Tottenham Hotspur, ensures that "these Led screens, market leaders, support our commitment to delivering an unparalleled fan experience, helping to grab their attention from the moment they come to our new home".
A large number of Led screens will be visible throughout the sports venue, with the aim of helping fans reach the desired location from the moment they arrive at the stadium until they take their seats, including two large screens -of 234 square meters with Daktronics 13HD technology- installed on the façade of the stadium to welcome them upon arrival, as well as 54 flag-type screens and 17 vertical totem screens.
Paxton House, the club's ticket office, includes two elongated screens above the windows, with a resolution of 6 Mm, showing visitors information about ticket availability and open windows.
In addition, the Tottenham Experience has a new curved Led screen from this manufacturer, with a resolution of 8 Mm, aimed at marketing actions and sponsorships of the club.
As fans arrive at the East and West stands, are received with about 200 square meters of Led screens 4 millimeters of resolution, that support brand image actions, as well as attracting their attention and introducing them to the live event experience with high-quality, impactful visual images.
As Pete Egart points out, Vp. of Daktronics for Europe, South America, Middle East and Africa, "Arriving at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the viewer is greeted with a large led wall-screen, designed to generate the atmosphere and emotion that awaits you inside the enclosure".
The screen installed in the Auditorium of the stadium improves its versatility for the development of events, such as press conferences, private presentations and screenings.
To complete the project, fifteen changing room clocks and four delay timers have been installed in the stadium, conforming to American Football League standards (Nfl) to play two matches of the competition each year and for ten seasons in this stadium, fruit of the agreement between both entities. The course also has hybrid grass, which is used in football and rugby.
"The Tottenham Hotspur stadium team has reinforced its commitment to its fans," said Egart.. The integration of technology, combined with a commitment to preserving the history and culture of its historic club, will ensure a unique and impressive experience for all visitors to the new stadium.".
