On the occasion of the recent celebration of China's National Day, the manufacturer of Led display systems LianTronics has made a dynamic and three-dimensional audiovisual action, No glasses required, in its large outdoor Led screen of the Taikoo Li commercial space, in the city center of Chengdu.

To do this, has been integrated into this gigantic wall of Led, in curved format, LianTronics an impressive spaceship display effect, reminiscent of 'Star Treck, in glasses-free 3D that has surprised passers-by on this central shopping street of Chengdu and on Chinese social networks.

The depth effect simulates the departure of a three-dimensional spaceship that 'detaches' from the large Led screen and revolves around its curved format (in the form of a letter L), that wraps the façade of the Yingjia building and provides from here an ideal viewing angle to enjoy the visual spectacle without the need for 3D glasses.

With a total area of 912,92 m2, This gigantic screen is configured with Led panels FS8 manufacturer, with a size of 960×960 Mm, Built in iron and aluminium; 8mm pixel pitch and brightness of 6.000 Nits, that have been arranged in zig-zag with patented masks to effectively diffuse the reflection of sunlight and enrich the colors.

These Led modules are fully waterproof and anti-UV to prevent deformation and stabilize visual diffusion outdoors with maximum durability. At the same time, High contrast ratio, Refresh rate and ultra-consistent color display help produce images in the highest quality.

In total, This gigantic outdoor Led display wall is formed by a screen of 63,68 M. long (one of the 47,2 M. facing north, to which is added a curved corner of 2 M. and a screen of 14,432 M. East-facing) and 14,336 M. high.

Tao Wang, director of this project of LianTronics, that's how he explains it.: "We have mounted the wall twice to achieve this extraordinary 3D effect without glasses.. Disassemble the screen, we readjust the structure and the Led panels, and we installed it again to reduce the curvature of the corner, which helps to generate a more stereoscopic sense of the finished wall. Custom and redesigned modules for the curved corner can be spliced seamless to make the broadcast transition seamless.".
