Taking advantage of the possibilities offered by augmented reality for marketing and advertising, Domino's Pizza has launched a new interactive campaign in the UK that combines this technology with mobile marketing in more than 6.000 Fences located at bus stops. Developed by the mobile app company Blippar, invites customers to become fans of Domino's in order to obtain exclusive discounts, in addition to being able to order and pay for their pizzas from their smartphones.
When users download the app, they can interact with one of the billboards and take advantage of discounts and promotions. The company's intention is to activate customers with local offers and more powerful interactivity than QR codes, for example. Domino's will thus have full availability and great customer impact thanks to the plus of augmented reality technology.
