CrossOver Solo, one “big little” Ross Video Mixer
Ross Video will begin marketing this January the new compact mixer CrossOver Solo, Designed for space-constrained and budget-limited applications. It has a dozen outdoor multi-definition SDI inputs (SD and HD), Ten multi-screen inputs, Six internally generated sources, three keyers and 2 2D DVE.
Based on the popular CrossOver 12, Ross Video will launch this January to the market, for a price that will be around the 10.000 Dollars, the new CrossOver Solo mixer. With the same specifications as your “brother”, however, the main electronics and the I/O signal are combined with the panel as a single unit, thus allowing a significant reduction in costs and size.. With a concept of a production mixer 1 MLE, Its ease of use and flexibility will allow to have some features so far out of the economic reach of many. The new CrossOver 12 has a dozen outdoor multi-definition SDI inputs (SD and HD), Ten multi-screen inputs, Six internally generated sources, three keyers and 2 2D DVE. It also has frame synchronization for unlimited input sources, internal SD to HD conversion, Four media storage services for images and animations, An excellent Chroma Keyer and an internal reference generator with three independent outputs. In addition, has a hundred event memory with MemoryAI. Like his older brothers, The Solo CrossOver also features a direct interface for Xpression-generated 2D/3D graphics.
