MediawavePC Announces New Compact Media Player for Digital Signage

System Integrator MediawavePC Introduces MW-2060, a new compact size digital signage media player with Intel processor options of 2 th generation.

The company MediawavePC has added a new product to its line of media players and small form factor computer systems. The MW-2060 is a compact size PC of 7,8 inches wide by 1.4 inches tall and 6 inches deep, making it suitable for use in limited spaces.

Its integrated hardware platform has Intel Core i3/i5/i7 processor options of 2 th generation, Intel QM67 chipset, DDR3 1066/1333 SO-DIMM RAM and SATA hard drive or SSD 2,5 Inch. Other standard features include Compact Flash slot, HDMI, DVI-I, 4x USB 2.0, USB 3.0, Serial port, SIM slot and HD audio.

The high reliability of the MW-2060 in harsh environments, Its compact size and high performance make it well suited for a wide range of industrial applications, such as digital signage, games, transport, vigilance, and thin servers.

The unit comes with a VESA mounting kit so it's very easy to install behind large screens and on flat surfaces. The internal Mini-PCI-e and SIM slot (3G card) available are useful for places where there is no cable internet access.
