Macroservice, Monitor Distributor, touch screens and multimedia products, has just presented the Displax Skin "Multitouch" range, available in sizes of 30 to 100", that supports up to six simultaneous touches and is ideal for storefronts and outdoor multimedia applications.

After its recent agreement with the Portuguese company Displax Interactive Systems, Macroservice has launched the new SkinMutitouch screens with ProCapFoil touch technology that respond to the needs of shop windows and multimedia applications. These touchscreens are available in a wide variety of sizes: of 30 100" image format 16:9 and between 30 and 84" formatted 4:3.

"Multitouch" models detect up to six simultaneous and independent touches on the screen, even at moving points, y son compatibles con Microsoft para dotar de interactividad con Windows 7.

So, These large format models are ideal for store windows, Interactive tables and any outdoor application for digital signage, as ProCapFoil technology resists virtually any inclement weather (rain, snow or ice).

ProCapFoil Technology

ProCap touch technology (Projected capacitive) It bases its operation on dividing the screen into different cells using ultra-thin conductive wires (~0.010 mm diameter) that are installed through the foil (vertically and horizontally). These threads, that are almost invisible when the monitor is turned on, connect to a controller and, subsequently, A frequency oscillation is set for each wire. When you touch the glass, se crea un cambio en la frecuencia de los hilos y en un punto en concreto X-Y. The controller, then, calcula e identifica dicha coordenada.
