Russound's BSK-1 RCA input source receiver allows a portable media player, a smartphone or other device equipped with Bluetooth wireless technology can transmit audio content to any multiroom audio system.

The provider of add-ons for integration in automation and audiovisuals, Integral Home System (Ihs), has added to its portfolio the BSK-1 of Russound, that allows you to take advantage of Bluetooth technology for the playback of stored or on-line music from mobile devices in our home, office and even in a hotel. A small receiving unit communicates with our smartphone, Tablet or any device with Bluetooth connection. This unit does not need additional power and can be hidden in a false ceiling or registration box, transmitting the audio to ones 100 meters away (using a direct CAT-5 cable).

The decoder unit converts the signal to a stereo output per RCA. This equipment can be connected to any amplifier or audio distribution matrix of any brand on the market by outputing RCA. Like this, it is no longer necessary to use wall connections to be able to enjoy a local audio source or have to fill the amplifier with compatible connection cables to access the music.
