Casio has incorporated a new model into its projectors, The XJ-H2650, equipped with a mercury -free light source with up 20.000 hours of useful life, which offers a WXGA resolution (1280×800) and a luminosity of 3.500 Ansi lumens.

Casio has launched a new projector without mercury, The XJ-H2650 model, which is the latest incorporation into the range of projectors of the Japanese firm and offers a light source that has a useful life of some 20.000 hours. The duration of useful life means that the XJ-H2650 reduces maintenance and reduces operation costs, reaching the maximum projection brightness in just five seconds of ignition.

The XJ-H2650 is a model with a luminosity of 3.500 ANSI LUMENS AND A WXGA Resolution (1280 x 800 points) which makes it suitable for both large spaces and medium -sized rooms, and for environments with a lot of luminosity such as stores and commercial spaces.

The new projector offers new useful functions for presentations and digital signage and also benefits from the wide range of functions that have been included in mercury free projectors that Casio has in the market since April of 2010.

No mercury

The XJ-H2650 projector achieves a projection with a luminosity of 3.500 Ansi lumens using a mercury -free light source projecting three colors on a DLP technology chip: The red color, issued by a red luminosity red LED, The green, turning the light emitted by the blue laser with phosphorus, and the blue emitted by a high luminosity blue LED. Its smart brightness control incorporates integrated light sensors that automatically adjust the projection brightness level according to environmental light. This reduces the level of energy consumption to a 63%.

With the XJ-H2650, Users can make wireless presentations with a smartphone or computer that admits wireless LAN (IEEE 802.11 b/g) o Project data from a USB memory.
