Telefónica and SARquavitae will offer new generation telecare

Telephone and SARquavitae, The largest comprehensive platform specialized in health and social care centers and services, have signed an agreement for the development and placing on the market of a new generation telecare service in Spain, to ensure accompaniment for all people with care needs, both at home and outside it.

The alliance combines SARquavitae's experience in the socio-health sector with the capabilities of Telefónica Digital for the development of global technological platforms aimed at social and health care. Thanks to this new telecare service, access will be facilitated to all those users and family members who need security, Control and assistance, preserving their autonomy, Your independence, and its total mobility. ATAM has also joined this project, association of the Telefónica Group for the care of people with disabilities and/or dependency, that offers protection and social integration in the face of physical disability, psychic and sensory.

The new generation telecare is a preventive service of both home and out-of-home care, immediate and permanent that satisfies and mobilizes the necessary resources in case of situations of need or emergency 24 hours, the 365 days of the year.

This new project is aimed at different groups: Elderly, Dependents or people with disabilities, Chronically ill, Lone workers, athletes in open areas and even victims of gender violence who need to always feel protected, as well as their families and caregivers.

The solution will feature a wide range of devices so that users have the freedom to choose the one that best suits their needs and features.. In addition, It will be complemented by additional coverage such as social guidance and personalized health advice, for which it will have a multidisciplinary team formed by social workers, Nurses and doctors.
