Pelco by Schneider Electric optimizes its PTZ Esprit SE camera system to IP

Aimed at security retailers, distributors and installers, Schneider Electric has developed the Pelco Esprit SE IP PTZ camera system high performance.

Schneider Electric, through its security division Pelco, has presented its new PTZ camera system Pelco Esprit SE IP, composed of models with standard or pressurized optical assembly integrated with zoom and vertical and horizontal positioning, with tilt range from +36° to -85º.

Based on the Esprit SE positioning platform, this system offers connectivity to ip networks, dynamic privacy windows, internal schedule configurator, electronic image stabilization, autotracking and menu in multiple languages; features that until now were only available in the range of high-speed domes.

This system, aimed at security retailers, distributors and installers, has been developed for continued use of facility monitoring, with compression in H.264 formats, MPEG-4 and MJPEG, Multiprotocol receiver and encoder Sarix H.264.

Pelco Esprit SE IP it also offers remote dynamic positioning and is capable of operating in difficult weather conditions, even with winds up to 145 Km/h, with special protections to defrost and defrost the lens if necessary and ensure the field of view.

Compatible with Onvif, the system is designed for minimal maintenance, no gears to adjust. Esteban Garcia Montoro, schneider electric security product manager, has pointed out that "Esprit SE IP responds to the requests of our customers with this platform, and that's why we have equipped it with IP protocol and new features".
