Emirates Team New Zeland uses BrightSign technology in america's cup
Team Emirates Team New Zealand's hospitality comprises a total of 9.600 square meters. Consists of a main meeting area, Several auxiliary rooms and a spacious outdoor terrace. An extensive Ethernet network has been installed in this space, Infrastructure that allows the connection of the 23 players for digital signage BrightSign HD120 and HD1020, responsible for supplying and synchronizing the content to a videowall screen composed of 19 Full HD 1080p displays.
Sound is implemented with two BrightSign players and an EM100 expansion module. Six channels of audio fill the space with sound effects and ambient audio in tune with the video screen.
In recent years, Toulouse Grupo ha utilizado los player de señalización digital de BrightSign en muchos lugares, including the International Award-winning New Zealand Pavilion and Shanghai World Expo, as well as the Rotorua Museum in New Zealand and, recently, has made an installation at the Carter Observatory New Zealand.
“The America's Cup is much more than a nautical competition, It is an event that brings together the international sailing community for a month, and our presence in the America's Cup city will be home to the team until September”, explains Marc Simpson, founder and director of Toulouse Group. “This hospitality room is the representation of the off-the-Water team and our country, so it is important that the most innovative technology is taken into account in its construction and BrightSign has allowed us to do precisely this".
The America's Cup sailing officially begins on 4 of July and will last almost three months. The final will be held on 7 to the 21 September.
