The chefette restaurant chain bets on itsenclosure menu screens
Chefette is committed to digital signage and installs Itsenclosure's ViewStation LCD panels in its establishments.
More and more quick-service restaurants have opted for the implementation of digital menu boards in their establishments. Chefette's restaurant chain has been one of these businesses that has opted for digital signage. It is a family-owned business located on the island of Barbados that transitioned to digital menu boards in the early 2000s. 2013 in order to modernise its establishments and strengthen its brand image.
This quick-service restaurant chain has 14 establishments in the Barbados area operating under the Chefette brand and two others under the Barbecue Barn brand.

I think we've achieved this with the addition of the new outdoor digital menu boards”, explains Ryan Haloute, CEO of Chefette.
Being located on a Caribbean island, Chefette needed a solution that, abroad, It will withstand the humid environment of the sea, as well as high temperatures. Itsenclosures was the company responsible for supplying and installing the digital menu boards.
Itsenclosures installed ViewStation QSR triple screens in its 10 Drive-thru locations. These screens were customised with Chefette's colours in order to reinforce its brand image.
Inside the establishments, Chefette features LCD boards 46 Vertically oriented inches for great flexibility to provide a complete dining experience for customers. In addition, With these audio-visual systems, Chefette can keep her customers, Employees and visitors informed about services, Brand Events & Promotions.
Another advantage is that changes can be made at night so that work during working hours is not interrupted.
From the installation, Chefette has measured the impact that the installation of these digital menu boards has had and the results have been positive. These screens provide a more modern image, The time it takes for the customer to order has decreased, as well as the waiting lines for customers to receive their order.
