Overon specialises in the provision of audiovisual streaming services, mainly video and data from anywhere in the world where the news or television content is generated to anywhere in the world where it is going to be broadcast, that have consolidated it as a benchmark in this market segment.

Overon's activity, based on quality and reliable infrastructures, with teleports in Madrid and Miami, in one of the largest DSNG fleets in Europe (50 DSNG) and access to an extensive terrestrial network with connectivity to the main operators in the sector and control centers, has been closely linked to that of the Mediapro Group.

In this sense, This transaction reinforces the Group's international expansion strategy, which already has two divisions dedicated to data and video transmission: Medialus DSNG, operating in the Portuguese and international market since the 2000, and Mediapro Fibras,, Fiber Optic Network Close Up 25.000 km. which links its main customers with the headquarters and production centres of the Mediapro Group and the main connection nodes.
