State Employees Credit Union leverages the benefits of digital signage for its new building in Raleigh. A great interactive video wall with 18 Christie's screens welcome visitors, while a Samsung vertical display serves as a point of information. State Employees Credit Union executives (Secu), America's second largest credit union, wanted to find a dynamic way to engage visitors entering their new office building 17 flats located in the capital center of the state of North Carolina (Raleigh) and, In addition, take advantage of the opportunities offered by digital signage to apply it to its new headquarters in order to reinforce its identity. On the other hand, was also looking for ways to integrate a complete audiovisual solution into the new conference and meeting room.

To carry out this project, he was supported by the integrator Whitlock Group and different technology companies such as Materials & Methods who was responsible for developing and managing the content, and Float4, who was in charge of interactive programming.

The key element of this facility is located in the lobby on the first floor. This is an interactive video wall, made up of 18 LCD screens 55 inches of Christie, responding to the gesture movements of people in front of him. The stepped configuration of the LCD screens of this composition is surrounded by glass panels that are backlit with low-resolution LED tiles. LED and LCD technologies have been combined to create a virtual canvas where content flows seamlessly between high- and low-resolution areas.

Materials & Methods has been the company in charge of developing and managing the content of this great video wall, project he has carried out in collaboration with Secu and O'Brien Taquin's team of architects. This content has been produced according to five scenarios: color fields, Views, ink and water, models in the nature and workers of the state of North Carolina. Animations and interactive art content has been developed to attract visitors entering the building lobby, while evoking a sense of curiosity that invites you to interact with the great mural.

Other scenarios, how Views, allow navigation through the different images that open to show panoramic views of beautiful landscapes of the area.

Materials & Methods has had the participation of Float4 to integrate these contents into the visual system for which an interactive RealMotion server has been used. likewise, it has also been partnered with Whitlock Group to develop the designs of custom interfaces of the touch panels of Crestron that control audio systems, video and lighting of the building.

A second audiovisual solution is located in the elevator area. A 1 LCD vertical display has been installed here×2 of Samsung of 46 inches that serves as a digital signage directory. The background content of this directory is programmed to support information from the large interactive wall.

The third project that has been carried out in this building affects the conference room and meeting room for employees. The integration of this area has been carried out by Whitlock Group, in collaboration with Coherent Design, that has implemented different technologies such as LED video screens, interactive content systems, IR video cameras, AV conference systems, multiple LCD and plasma screens 55, 70 and 103 Inch, Creston control systems to manage lighting and different microphones and speakers have also been installed.
