Celebrating the Sochi Games

At the beginning of February, a corporate event was held in the Aspen ski resort to celebrate the opening of the Winter Olympic Games 2014. A ceremony attended by former U.S. Olympic athletes, there was a parade of one hundred skiers who descended the mountain of Aspen with torches, as well as a great pyrotechnic show.

For this occasion, a couple of screens were used in the format of 2 X 4 that were suspended on a truss of lattice of 10 'in the form of an arc. These were buried in the snow flanking the Little Nell ski slope.. Olympic-themed graphics, Logos and live television coverage were viewed on the panels.

“The light weight and ease of connection of the panels was very important as it had to be set in the dark of the night before the event because the ski slope could not be obstructed.", John clarifies.
