Dr. Garcés considers Google Glass "a good working tool for teaching and exchanging opinions on a case with other geographically distant doctors.. Una experiencia que supondrá un gran avance para la integración del sistema de gestión SAP del hospital con este dispositivo tecnológico ya que permitirá consultar sobre la marcha en quirófano, with the importance that saving time has in these circumstances, in addition to allowing the patient to be consulted at any time".
Proven the effectiveness of Google Glass in the field of medicine in other prestigious broadcasts, A new field of action opens up in which health and technology converge.
Operations with Google Glass offer the possibility that thousands of people can see at the same moment the intervention that a surgeon is performing in another part of the world.
They facilitate learning in the classrooms of the Faculties of Medicine, the incorporation of new surgical techniques that the specialist can teach his colleagues and the contact between doctors during the intervention since Google Glass offers the doctor the possibility of calling another doctor if he has any questions during the operation.
