Robe Lighting systems illuminate the stage of Brazil's largest music festival
more than 170 mobile heads of the firm Robe have starred in the lighting of live events during the ten days of the well-known Brazilian festival Festa do Peão, the largest in the Sao Paulo region.
The professional lighting system rental company LPL Lighting, based in Sao Paulo, has been responsible for supplying and installing the more than 170 Robe's moving heads that have offered all kinds of effects on the stages of Festa do Peão, the largest festival in this area of Brazil, which is specifically celebrated for ten days in the city of Barretos, and known as the 'cowboy festival'.
The lighting design of the festival, made by Bruno Lima, had to meet the technical requirements of the various musical groups and artists, as Bruno Marrone, Victor & Leo, Christian Araujo, Chitãozinho & Chororó, among many others, whose common denominator was the installation of a large format LED screen behind the stage, and two more on its sides to ensure the public's vision, as well as additional strips with this technology.
Due to this audiovisual deployment based on Led, one of the challenges of the lighting designer was to install equipment with a high power of light and brightness for production, in order to create a dynamic and flexible stage space that will provide numerous options of effects and creative resources for each and every artist.
Lighting systems developed by the Czech manufacturer Robe Lighting were the chosen option, supplied by the Brazilian rental company LPL Lighting, responsible for deploying the teams throughout the structure of the stage, so much hanging on the ceiling, as on the ground.
specifically, the lighting systems installed were 54 Pointes, 48 LEDWash 600s Robin Series from this supplier, along with 36 ColorSpot 2500 ATs and equal number of ColorWash 2500E ATs. For this project, Bruno Lima has worked with a team of sixteen LPL Lighting lighting technicians, "with a technical production at the height of this prestigious festival and very powerful systems, bright and robust like Robe's", says Lima.
