Ecler receives an injection of 2 million euros with the purchase of Neec Audio

The acquisition by Neec Audio, will allow Ecler to expand its activity with new products and its own software that it will show at ISE 2015.

The firm Neec Audio Barcelona has acquired the company's assets and brand Ecler Electro-Acoustics Laboratory. This operation, which is carried out on the verge of fulfilling its 50 Years of activity, will allow it to obtain an injection of capital greater than the 2 million euros and to face its expansion strategy.

Thanks to the effort made over the last decade and the concentration of its R+D on providing the market with innovative and sustainable solutions, Ecler has an extensive catalogue with which it is possible to face high-level sound systems in stores, Shopping Centers, Hotels, Sports Spaces, Schools...

Ecler exports more than 80% of its production. Their products can be found in Universities such as Surrey in England, Kolej University in Malaysia or at the Escac (Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya); as well as in different renowned stores such as Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Mango or the Inditex Group.

Through this financial support, Ecler aims to expand its business based on an ambitious program of development of new products and proprietary software, whose novelties will be shown in the next edition of ISE (Integrated System Europe) to be held in Amsterdam from 10 to the 12 February 2015.
