Martin Audio technology stars in the sound system of the new Club Restaurant Bananas
Café Kafka Restaurant, located in the Born district of Barcelona, is already a classic within the circuit of quality restaurants in the city, to which the new Club Restaurant Bananas is now added. In both, its owners have opted for an advanced audio system of the AQ series of Martin Audio, with MA amplifiers and MC2 audio processing.
Betting on a new gastronomic project based on 'traditional cuisine with an orientalized tropical touch', the Café Kafka restaurant is a benchmark in Barcelona that has recently opened with this same philosophy the Club Restaurant Bananas, also located in the Born district of the Catalan capital.
Its promoter and owner Karel Shroder, together with Bernardo Diéguez as director of both restaurants, have opted in this project for an advanced audio system of the brand Martin Audio, supplied by Adagio, to offer a spectacular sound to your customers.
specifically, Café Kafka's audio system is based on the AQ series of installation, along with MA amplification, both by Martin Audio, and processing of MC2 audio. Thanks to its optimal operation, its owners have once again relied on these systems for their new establishment Club Restaurant Bananas, which is structured in different areas with different environments.
In this case, for bar areas, reinforcements in corridor areas, as well as for VIP lounges, it has been chosen to install acoustic enclosures Martin Audio AQ5, composed of two speakers of 5,25 Inch (130 Mm.) with ICT technology (Inductively Coupled Transducer).
For the main room of the restaurant, which is also used for the celebration of events, the audio system consists of six Martin Audio AQ8 speakers. The amplification for the different areas of the Club Restaurant Bananas is based on the T series of the MC2 Audio brand, which is managed with a DSM2060 processor of the brand HK Audio, represented in Spain by Adagio.
The installation of the audiovisual systems has been carried out by the local specialist dBA Electroacoustic Solutions, that has taken into account not only the aesthetics and sound quality, but also the sound insulation required to avoid structural vibrations, also responsible for the adjustment and final equalization of the system in all rooms.
As Oriol de Pagés explains, director of dBA, "We ruled out from the beginning the use of wall or ceiling supports to achieve a higher level of insulation, avoiding structural noise. With Martin Audio the quality and coverage obtained in the different areas is excellent".
