Quantum Data makes it easy to test UHD – 4K displays with its new 804B signal generator

The new Quantum Data model, already available in the Spanish market through Abacanto Soluciones, allows you to test the current Ultra High Definition screens (UHD), as well as 4K and 2K encoded 4:4:4.

This video generator from Quantum Data is able to verify and test HDMI signals 2.0 to 600 mhz (UHDTV). With rack mountability, the 804B has four HDMI outputs, one component and one composite so that all inputs of the new TVs can be checked simultaneously without the need for external distributors or frequency splitters to test each HDMI input on an HDTV signal.

Switching between test patterns is done in less than 100 Ms, even from the touch screen, as well as through an external keyboard or automate this process through a set of commands by rs.232 or USB.

Quantum Data 804B, distributed in the Spanish market by Abacanto Solutions, works with all industry standards, so that tests can be performed with HDMI protocols, as HDCP, EDID and CEC.
