Philips and Optoma have partnered to jointly present the Philips ColorSpark High Lumen Density projection technology (HLD) Led and they will do it at the fair InfoComm 2015, which will take place between the 17 and the 19 June at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando (Florida).

"In this event we are going to unveil a projector prototype that takes advantage of the new Led technology of Philips ColorSpark HLD and will allow a new generation of DLP projectors with Led that will be positioned at the head of the industry, both in performance and accuracy for color reproduction", explains Justin Halls, Head of Product Marketing at Optoma.

Optoma HD91+Optoma HLD Led projectors will allow to adapt to large screen sizes in rooms with normal ambient light conditions and with high image quality, teams that will be able to compete with traditional flat screens. Today's Led technology offers consistent brightness and optimal color reproduction that is maintained throughout the life of the product. HLD adds three times brighter images and improves color reproduction.

"Despite the variety of existing SSL technologies, the market share penetration of projectors over 1.000 lumens has not reached a 5% in recent years. The market is struggling to find the right SSL technology for these segments.. Led projectors do not reach the right brightness level and those based on laser and phosphor do not reach the right performance-price level. HLD and the products that incorporate it are the solution that the market was looking for", comments Jan-Willem Andriesse, Director of Product Marketing at Philips,
