The Higher Technical School (STD) of Design Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Universitat Politècnica de València – UPV), with a centuries-old tradition, is a benchmark of quality in university education that contributes to the training of highly qualified professionals.
concretely, the past 12 of June this academic institution celebrated the Graduation Act of the Promotion 2014-2015, which was chaired by the Rector of the UPV, Francisco José Mora Mas, and was held in the macro sports complex of the university itself with the presence of more than 1.700 present.
For the realization and audiovisual production as a turnkey project of this academic act, the UPV has relied on Vitelsa Group, who has been responsible for the supply, installation and operation of all necessary resources.
In order to facilitate the live monitoring of the Graduation Ceremony of the Promotion 2014-2015 of the ETS of Design Engineering two large format Led screens were installed on both sides of the grandstand, where PC presentations and multimedia content were combined, with live signal from multiple HD cameras with broadcast quality, distributed by the pavilion, to cover the event.
An advanced digital wireless conference system was installed on the grandstand table and at the lectern to capture the audio of the speakers., as well as audio and video monitors that allowed them to follow the event live.
The sound of this large complex was entrusted to an advanced professional audio system, equipped with more than twenty high-power speakers, able to provide high-quality ambient sound in an enclosure of difficult acoustics.
The audiovisual realization of the event has been developed by the operators of Vitelsa from the ad hoc technical control installed in the enclosure, equipped for the occasion with professional audio and video production systems for the generation of the institutional signal of the event.
