Panasonic LF80

LF8 and LF80 are the new series of professional displays from Panasonic, available on the market for marketing in sizes of 42, 49 and 55 Inch, Capable of operating uninterrupted in digital signage and digital signage environments.

This new range of displays offers a brightness level of 700 cd/m2 (in the case of the LF80 series) and 500 cd/m2 (in the LF8 series), as well as a wide viewing angle and sleek design, with a framework of 6,5 mm and a depth of 56,8 mm, ensuring perfect reproduction of images even in large formats.

Successors to Panasonic's LF6 and LF60 series, The new displays feature a highly reliable failover and failback feature that allows them to select an alternate signal if the main signal is interrupted.

Another of its novelties is the incorporation of a USB media player, a USB connection for STB power supply and a USB cloning function. In addition, LF80 is compatible with Digital Link, allowing video signals to be transmitted, audio and control up to 100 meters away via a single LAN cable.

As Enrique Robledo explains, Panasonic Marketing Director, "The expansion of functions makes this range of displays something out of the ordinary. The ability to play content without the need for an external player and failover functionality make it easier to create and maintain large digital signage applications in an unprecedented way.".

Another advantage of the LF8 and LF80 series is that "our free multi-screen control and management software also allows users to check the status of more than 2.000 Displays simultaneously. This solution can be upgraded and added Early Warning Software (ET-SWA100), that anticipates maintenance requirements and adds additional resilience to the display network", Robledo points out.
