The company has installed, configured and integrated the new videoconferencing equipment, both at the headquarters of this department, located in Seville, as in the territorial headquarters distributed in the Andalusian provinces.
Video conferencing systems have become a widely accepted communication tool, contributing to management efficiency policies and improvement of institutional and corporate productivity.
The Spanish company Vitelsa has had the trust of Red.es for the implementation of the socio-health integration project, supply and installation of new HD video communications equipment between the headquarters of the Ministry of Equality, Health and Social Policy of the Junta of Andalusia and its different provincial headquarters.
These new equipment are interconnected with the existing videoconference rooms in said department., dependent health centers and other institutions of the Junta de Andalucía, for which a careful integration has been carried out with the infrastructure resources already existing in the communications network of this organization.
Vitelsa technical staff has installed, configured and integrated the new videoconferencing equipment both at the headquarters of the Ministry of Equality, located in Seville, as in the territorial headquarters distributed in the Andalusian provinces, which has been “a real operational challenge, since the requirements of the project imposed a short deployment period in locations dispersed throughout the Andalusian community”, they point out from this company.
The installed videoconferencing systems have a Full HD camera and codec and support IP video communications in high definition., as well as communication encryption for secure conferencing and advanced H.264 encryption to reduce bandwidth consumption. In this sense, The systems have specific video enhancement technology, for both HD communications and sharing data and medical information with significantly less bandwidth than previous video conferencing systems required.
To maintain the quality of communications at all times, even when the network may momentarily experience a high rate of packet loss, These systems feature a scalable video coding protocol and advanced error correction technology..
In addition, and in order to facilitate users' use of its features, The devices integrate an intuitive customer interface, as well as smart voice dialing to add new users to conferences by simply saying their name, thus eliminating manual dialing and starting conferences, which is available in multiple languages.
As additional reinforcement to facilitate the management of new video communications systems, Vitelsa has also carried out specific training sessions for the staff of the different territorial headquarters of the Ministry of Equality.
