Panasonic PT-RZ770 and PT-RZ660: laser DLP projectors optimized for brightly lit rooms and mapping
Ideal for use in exhibitions, Scenarios, Digital Signage Applications, Control Rooms, Education Environments and Meeting Rooms, These devices offer natural color rendering, optimal brightness and a contrast ratio of 10.000:1.
Panasonic has started marketing the maintenance-free ultra-compact single-chip DLP laser projectors PT-RZ770 and PT-RZ660. Teams, which as already published in Digital AV Magazine, were presented in InfoComm 2016 and that are intended for use in exhibitions, Scenarios, Digital Signage Applications, Control Rooms, Education Environments and Meeting Rooms.
Characterised by natural colour rendering, optimal brightness and a contrast ratio of 10.000:1, These projectors have been optimised for brightly lit rooms and mapping projections.
These equipment incorporate watertight optical motors and are resistant to dust, avoiding having to change filters and lamps, and providing a maintenance-free service life of up to 20.000 hours.
The PT-RZ770 series is available in two models with a brightness of 7.200 lumens and WUXGA resolution (1.920×1.200) and WXGA (1.280×800), while the PT-RZ660 series, It is also marketed with two models of the same resolution as the previous ones but with 6.200 Lumens.
These projectors are equipped with the Quartet Colour Harmonizer wheel mechanism that reduces the energy loss of the light source, capturing a wider color space than other laser projectors, allowing you to reproduce whites realistically on the screen.
For its part, The dual-drive laser optical engine groups the laser diodes into two discrete modules. A redundant circuit minimizes the loss of color uniformity and brightness if a laser diode fails. In combination with the maintenance-free projection period of 20.000 hours, These two series become ideal solutions for vital applications.
Likewise, they also have the System Daylight View solution 3 that prevents image washout in brightly lit environments and improves brightness in multi-projector-based mapping applications by adjusting definition and gamma curves, as well as color correction. The result is an optimal visual effect even under complex conditions.
Upward HDBaseT compatible, Digital Link supports uncompressed Full HD video streaming, audio and control commands via a single CAT 5e or higher STP cable for distances up to 150 metre. If a Digital Link switch is added (ET-YFB200) o Digital interface module (ET-YFB100) Simplifies installation in large spaces while reducing cost and improving reliability.
These devices also incorporate a contrast and shutter synchronization function for multi-unit-based projections and allow omnidirectional installation (Vertical and horizontal).
