Stonex shows the latest professional lighting innovations from its suppliers

Presented during the recent Prolight+Sound celebration 2017, The distributor has learned in detail about the new ETC professional systems, Claypacks, Ayrton and Chauvet that sells in the Spanish market.

Spectacular shows and detailed tests have marked the participation in Prolight+Sound 2017 of the lighting brands that Stonex commercialized in the Spanish market and that will be available during this year.

With the introduction of its rigging range in Europe, ETC has presented Prodigy P2, with a weight of only 130 Kg for a load capacity of 300 Kg with fixed speed. Can be used as a standalone system, as well as combining with other larger stage mechanics systems. Offers 15 meters high with a five millimeter cable.

ETC ColorSource Products Take a New Approach to Led System Designs, in an affordable way, with high quality lighting, Data distribution and power control in a simple plug-and-play format.

The latest additions to this family are the ColorSource PAR and ColorSource Spot lamps.. The first is an LED that uses red, verde, azul, lime and an extra touch of red providing a great richness of light.

For your part, The Spot lamp has a very precise combination of reds, verdes, blues and lime, providing brighter colors, rich and reliable than other LEDs in its category. Both are available in Deep Blue.

Another new feature for this spring is Gio@5, a console that brings the control of the high-end Eos family to smaller spaces and tighter budgets. With a 17” articulated multi-touch LCD screen, five definable, page-ready motorized faders and a pair of master faders.

Novedades Clay Paks

The manufacturer Clay Packs have chosen to use in Axcor Profile 900 a white led motor, with a very high luminous efficiency. With a power of 900 watts and a luminous flux of 24.000 output lumens, works with a system of dichroic filters to create colors, offering a uniform and unique color.

The company also presented K-Eye HCR at this event, a wash that offers complete control over the quality of all forms of white and colored light with a CRI 97. It has a large color spectrum thanks to the fact that it has a module of six colors, adding the amber color to the classic RGB, cyan and lime, allowing the reproduction of each color, every nuance and every shadow with good quality.

The latest to join the Scenius family has been Unico, that provides optimal quality of light, with an Osram lamp 1.400 watts, 6.500K and a high CRI 94. A system especially suitable for projecting effects, since it has six rotating gobos, a rotating prism, an animation wheel and is equipped with a precise framing system.

Mythos 2 It has been another of the novelties that has two new features: a dimming update, suitable for more demanding applications; and the incorporation of the reliable Osram Sriius HRI 440w lamp.

The new Merak of Ayrton It is a wash light that has an optical zoom system 10:1, combined with an RGBW multi-chip LED module. The new fresnel lens design guarantees perfect color mixing and a completely sharp play of light and shadows.

MagicPanel FX is added to the new products, with an innovative optical zoom system 15:1 and a range of 3,6 a 53°. Its front face is made up of a series of lenses, each independent, that offer new possibilities for creating 2D and 3D graphic effects.

MagicBlade FX is another of the brand's novelties; an iteration of the award-winning MagicBlade-R that offers amazing versatility. For your part, Maverick MK3 Wash is very versatile, with pixel mapping effects, gobos and CTO color mixing option. Has an Osram lamp 40 W y Led RGBW. Control options include DMX, sACN, Art-Net, Kling-Net or W DMX and can receive Art-Net or sACN and send DMX.

Chauvet has surprised at this event by taking its novelties abroad with Epix Strip IP, which offers one hundred LEDs in a single row and can be wet, especially suitable for festivals, concerts and outdoor installations. Sets up quickly and easily, with control via disk drive 2000 IP an Art-Net, Kling-Net, o sACN (streaming ACN).
