Datavideo extends the warranty of its audiovisual equipment to three years

In force since the past 1 July, the manufacturer has changed its warranty policy with one more year, also protecting existing customers if they register their products on their website during the month of July.

The manufacturer of audiovisual equipment Datavideo has announced that it has extended its product warranty to three years (total free), compared to the two it offered so far, once the customer registers their equipment on the manufacturer's website within thirty days of purchase.

In addition, the rights of existing customers are also protected, providing the same three-year warranty if you register your products on the Datavideo website during the period between the 1 and the 31 July 2017.

As they point out from this company, whose exclusive wholesaler in Spain is Crambo, in the world of video production, product reliability and uptime assurance are essential, especially in live events and on television, and therefore they have decided to extend the warranty period of their products one more year, so that the equipment purchased from Datavideo will be fully covered for the replacement of parts, testing with equipment and services.

Some elements of these products, such as LCD panels, DVD drives, hard disk, SD card, camera module, among others (more data in this link) are not covered by this warranty, which will also vary depending on the product.
