Due to a technical problem with the external power adapter and signal input box of a small number of units, the manufacturer has proceeded to withdraw the first batch of the AOC PDS241 and PDS271 models from the European market.

This is why AOC is asking customers in Europe to stop using their PDS241 and PDS271 monitors and disconnect them from the power outlet, to avoid any potential risks related to the outer box. In addition, customers in the European market who have this equipment and only use it with a fault-free power/signal input box, AOC offers a free replacement.

The company is currently in contact with distribution partners to ensure that owners of PDS241 or PDS271 monitors can return their units in an easy and hassle-free manner, to get replacement ones quickly.
