In an effort to provide better customer service, has built an experience center equipped with several interactive kiosks and for its implementation the solutions of Advantech as they support a wide variety of applications.

To support your vision of delivering integrated online and in-store services, Amway needed reliable, high-performance terminals that would serve as interactive kiosks and point-of-sale systems (POS).

Advantech provided its UTC-510 industrial-grade all-in-one touch computers to integrate into interactive kiosks and digital signage displays, and its UPOS-510 POS system.

These equipment responded to the requirements of the company that was looking for high-performance systems, that would ensure the operation of the interactive software, adapt to the interior design of the center and include input/output interfaces to support various applications.

The system's compact design allows it to be mounted on a wall or installed in locations with limited space.

For this project, Amway installed UTC-510D PCAP touchscreen terminals to serve as interactive kiosks. These are equipped with I/O interfaces to integrate peripherals such as an RFID reader or barcode scanner.

It has also used the UTC-510 model to be used as a digital signage display. With an LCD screen of 10,1 Inch, Resolution of 1280 x 800 and a brightness of 350 Nits, Delivers crisp, high-quality images to display a wide variety of multimedia content. With an industrial-grade design, This system ensures reliable operation and efficient processing for long-term use.
