In an effort to provide better customer service, has built an experience center equipped with several interactive kiosks and for its implementation have been used the solutions of Advantech as they support a wide variety of applications.

To support your vision of offering integrated online and in-store services, Amway needed reliable, high-performance terminals to serve as interactive kiosks and point-of-sale systems (Pos).

Advantech provided its 'all-in-one' touch computers of industrial grade UTC-510 to integrate into interactive kiosks and digital signage screens, and its UPOS-510 point-of-sale system.

These teams responded to the requirements of the company looking for high-performance systems, that will ensure the operation of the interactive software, will be adapted to the interior design of the center and include input/output interfaces to support various applications.

Amway implements kiosks and POS AdvantechThe Advantech UTC-510 is powered by an Intel Celeron J1900 processor that delivers high-performance computing to ensure reliable and fast customer service. The compact design of the system allows it to be mounted on a wall or installed in places with limited space.

For this project, Amway installed UTC-510D terminals with PCAP touch screen to serve as interactive kiosks. These are equipped with I/O interfaces to integrate peripherals such as an RFID reader or a barcode scanner.

It has also used the UTC-510 model to be used as a digital signage display. With an LCD screen 10,1 Inch, resolution of 1280 X 800 and a brightness of 350 Nits, delivers crisp, high-quality images to display a wide variety of multimedia content. With an industrial grade design, this system ensures reliable operation and efficient processing for long-term use.
