A project that has been made possible thanks to the collaboration between the Bilbao City Council, the Provincial Council of Vizcaya (Bizkaia) E Iberdrola.

Fifty projectors have been used to achieve this, located on the other side of the Nervión estuary, which have delivered a total of one million lumens during the seven daily screenings, each twenty minutes long, that have been carried out over four days, which was completed with a powerful set of light projections (located in the Iberdrola Tower) & Music.

"It's a complete audiovisual spectacle; with images, music composed expressly for the occasion by Nick Powell and light projections," says Vidarte. During those twenty minutes of screening, a story is told in four chapters: Bilbao's industrial and port past; the genesis and construction of the Guggenheim; its status as a cultural institution, and their relationship with artists".

For its part, Leo Warner, Director and Founder of 59 Productions, explains in detail that "with 'Reflections', The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao embarks on a fast-motion journey through an entire climatic year, in which the seasons follow one another, The clouds pass by in a hurry and delicate auroras are reflected on the titanium plates. The museum is at the mercy of a scorching sun or battered by powerful thunderstorms. The curves and faces of the building are also transformed into living organisms: The surface transforms into fish scales, Bird plumage, crystalline facets and oxidized and degraded metal, Before 'disintegrating'’ in digital particles, while music transports us to the computer age".
