Elo renews its I-Series line and gives them greater power and flexibility
Compact I-Series all-in-one displays 2.0 they have the power of the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and the flexibility of the Android operating system, in a commercial-grade design with Elo TouchPro PCAP , Virtual GPS with EloView and optional power over Ethernet.
Elo Touch Solutions has presented the new line of I-Series screens 2.0 for Android. It is a completely updated range that presents a uniform and versatile design, very suitable for commercial applications that require touch screens of 10 to 22 Inch.
This flexible Android platform combines the ease of use of a consumer device with the durability of commercial-grade systems required by businesses. From self-service systems to fast food restaurants and retail outlets (mPOS) to information systems in hospitality environments, self-registration and scheduling of meeting rooms, the I-Series 2.0 is an ideal solution for public and high traffic environments.

The I-Series display 2.0 for Android has the optional EloView software, a SaaS platform designed to simplify and automate the deployment of Elo interactive displays and streamline device maintenance with operating system management, including remote and silent updates, kiosk blocking, automatic provisioning and device management.
Customers with EloView now have virtual GPS capabilities, allowing you to configure a location (latitude / longitude) remotely for each device, so that content can be located by device or location around the world.
I-Series updates 2.0 include Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core processor, Android 7.1 (Nougat), 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. It is available in black and white and in 10, 15 and 22 Inch. The I-Series is now offered in two versions: a version that targets mPOS, self-order and kiosk applications and a value model for simpler signage applications.
Offering a variety of mounting options and compatibility for many third-party peripherals, the I-Series helps create a harmonious interactive solution. Among the optional peripherals that can be included is a Honeywell 2D barcode scanner, a Magtek encryptable MSR, an NFC adapter and an EMV system for payment.
There is also a new power over Ethernet module that is offered as an optional accessory.. A solid choice for conference room scheduling displays, AV control applications or anywhere where an AC power drop may be a concern.
Standard version enables demanding applications such as POS, self-service check-in and check-out, kiosks with peripherals and price checkers. Less demanding applications such as interactive shelving signage, product information screens, meeting scheduler and kiosks without peripherals will work with the value version, available for sizes of 10 and 15 Inch.
