Stratacache has completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares and divisions of Scala worldwide, including Scala Inc., Scala BV, Scala KK and Scala Nordic AS.
This strategic move will spur Scala's further growth globally and provide Stratacache with access to technology resources and platforms., as well as paving the way for future investments in the Scala brand.
