H&M installs a smart mirror, voice-activated, at its flagship store in Times Square
H's Voice Interactive Mirror&M is driven by facial recognition and voice techniques, combined with QR code identification. All this allows to offer an experience that breaks with boundaries between the physical store and online.
alongside Microsoft, Ombori and H&M, Visual Art has developed a visual and interactive customer-facing experience based on voice and face recognition that qualifies as "the first of its kind. A voice-driven solution that blurs the boundaries between physical store and online shopping".
This innovative solution has been installed in H's largest flagship store & M, located in Times Square in New York.
H's Voice Interactive Mirror&M interacts with the customer through voice and facial recognition. when the customer stands in front of him, it activates all its functions including the possibility to enhance a Selfie or receive fashion suggestions, with current trends, through the Fashion Inspiration feature, so you can choose what you want and you can buy it right away.
The Selfie feature allows you to turn the photo into the cover of H magazine & M (MY H&M), via a QR code, and download it on mobile to share on social media, getting a discount code. All purchases made through this "interactive mirror" are discounted and the customer can subscribe to the H newsletter&M scanning a QR that leads to the online store.
