A screen of more than 48 m2 chaired the Fenosa Natural Gas Shareholders' Board
The company took advantage of the meeting with its shareholders to strengthen, through a complete AV infrastructure provided by Sono, the recent change in its brand image that is now called Naturgy.
Sono Audiovisual Technology took over the audiovisual coverage of gas Natural Fenosa's General Shareholders' Meeting, which has changed its name to Naturgy, in an event that brought together more than 1.200 people in IFEMA. In total, technical service was provided and the necessary equipment and systems were provided for its realization in the main room and in seven more complementary spaces..
The main stage of the IFEMA auditorium consisted of a screen of 15 base meters by 3,25 high (48,75 square meters), with ultra panoramic format, where both the contents created ad hoc for the occasion and the corporate videos were projected, in addition to the live broadcast of the event itself. Three DLP projectors were used ship HDX W20 Flex 20.000 ANSI lumens each, achieving resolutions of 4,984×1.080 Pixels.
On each side of this central screen were placed two more of the same UHD projection technology, working colorimetry and light power, to create an immersive effect in line with the stage set design. The Barco E2 video processor was used for sending and managing content to the different monitors and the system Dataton Watchout.
The installation was completed with ten tracking monitors of 24 inches located at the presidency table.
Transmission, audio and lighting
The realization of the event was carried out with a rack of five HD cameras and was installed, In addition, a robotic camera in truss, as well as microcameras, responsible for the follow-up of speakers. These were installed in the presidency and lectern areas..
Audio coverage focused on L'Acoustic with two PA installed on the roof integrated by 12 acoustic enclosures that ensured sound reinforcement. Digitally processed equipment that provided the ideal sound pressure in each stall space and allowed prioritizing power uniformity and intelligibility. Five acoustic enclosures were also included for each side, with 4 Infield, 4 Fronfield and 2 Sidefield, wrapping the enclosure. This infrastructure was completed with 8 subwoofer equipment to support the PA.
The microphone integrated two wireless lapel systems for the presidency, four desktop microphones for the presidency table and two more for the lectern. The management of the audio elements was carried out with a digital table Midas pro 1 of 48 canals.
As far as lighting is concerned, on this occasion a white light study was contemplated for the stage, as well as a spectacular and creative accompaniment design for the different scenes. Used 12 moving heads as the main light, 6 elements for cons, 24 fixed spotlights to give light to input scenes, 12 reinforcing Wash moving heads and 27 Wireless Smart Bart for aisles.
The board had a simultaneous translation service with double booth and 150 receivers distributed on each side of access to the auditorium, VIP room and presidency.
Annexed rooms
In order for journalists to follow the development of Gas Natural Fenosa's General Shareholders' Meeting, a press room was set up, with the capacity to 90 people, that had projection 4:3 on screen of 9,35 square meters and 80 audio jacks.
Sono was also in charge of providing a screen with floor support of 95 inches and perimeter audio for the Council room; two Led Absen A3 of 3,9 mm pixel pitch on stage for the Neptune and Columbus room: a monitor of 80 inches with standing stand for room Experts, located behind the stage area; and a 2.5 totem-shaped LED×6,5 meters and a resolution of 3,9 mm pixel pitch in the Entrance Hall. This was reinforced with a large Led screen of 8×2,5 meters and 3,9 Mm. All this visualization infrastructure was managed with a Watchout player system.
