Intersport creates an omnichannel concept of sales in its stores with Neo Advertising
The retail company offers its customers a connected digital experience through Led screens, videowalls and touch media with the possibility of online purchase.
As part of your digital transformation project, Intersport has taken the first step in its stores in Spain, with the reference of its flagship store located on the Rambla de Catalunya, in which Neo Advertising has created a space connected through Led screens, Videowalls and touch stands that offer an omnichannel sales experience to customers, in addition to reinforcing the brand image and promotions.
The Intersport store concept is that of a new multisport and multi-brand space that incorporates the latest digital technology and focuses its efforts on specialization, advising and improving the shopping experience.
This project is structured in the installation of two large Led screens in the showcase, that serve as the fundamental axis of the communication of the brand to the public that transits the street, along with monitors and video walls in the transit areas of the store, whose objective is to reinforce the messages most related to promotions and product of the brand.
At the head of the store shelves are located large format digital screens in a vertical position, in which the protagonists are the products. As a key in a multichannel environment, Tactile interactivity is also present in the aforementioned monitors, with the possibility of online purchase in real time.
The specialist Neo has also been responsible for the adaptation of the contents, Its management through the AppSpace software, as well as proactive and reactive maintenance of installed hardware.
