RCF Group acquires EAW to increase its presence in the professional audio market

The American EAW, that will continue to operate as an independent company, will have RCF Group's investments for solid growth.

With one of the fastest growths in the professional audio market, RCF Group announced the acquisition of Eastern Acoustics Works (EAW), a flagship company in the installation and rental environment based in Whitinsville, in the state of Massachusetts (United States).

This action responds to the strategy of the Italian RCF Group, headquartered in Reggio Emilia and Bologna and subsidiaries in the USA. USA. and Europe, to become an international benchmark in design, the production and sale of products and systems for professional audio and public address installations, a market in which it operates under the companies RCF and AEB Industriale (dB Technologies) and to which EAW is now added.
