Extron IN1808: switches for environments that require 4K/60 video support
Ideal for use in meeting rooms and boardrooms, classrooms and collaboration environments that require 4K/60 video support, IN1808 skipless presentation switchers combine video and audio processing, Signal Extension and Networked Control.
Extron Introduced the IN1808 Eight-Input Presentation Skipless Switch Series. With a maximum data rate of 18 Gbps, supports 4K/60 video resolutions with chroma sampling 4:4:4.
This range of scaler products includes nine models of four, six or eight innings, Dual video outputs and various integration features equipped for a wide variety of professional AV applications.
Devices in this line feature the Extron Vector 4K scaling engine with internal video processing of 30 bits for better upscaling and downscaling of images. Offers flexible mixing of DisplayPort inputs, HDMI and DTP2 along with an assignable loop-pass input and simultaneous HDMI and DTP2 outputs.
These switches include Extron ProDSP audio processing, Skip-free video transition effects and logo insertion. Additional models are available with a mono or stereo power amplifier 100 W and an integrated IPCP Pro control processor.

DTP2 input and output ports support 4K/60 with chroma sampling 4:4:4 and allow the extension of the video signal, audio and control up to 100 metre (330 Ft) via a CATx shielded cable.
They are compatible with DTP and DTP2 products and support integration with XTP CrossPoint matrix switches. In addition, DTP2 output can be configured to send signals to a display device with HDBaseT.
