In order to create a spectacular installation, which was part of Balenciaga's catwalk at Paris Fashion Week (Paris Fashion Week) 2018, held at the end of September in early October, infiLED provided more than 7.000 Led panels.

InfiLED worked closely with Canadian artist and filmmaker, Jon Rafman, who was commissioned by the fashion house Balenciaga to create that would be part of a parade that highlighted the impact of technology on society and the world. This was Rafman's first experience in creating a dynamic set with Led panels, and infiLED provided its knowledge and experience to achieve the surprising result sought.

The curved walls of the tunnel were created with the X-series modules of infiLED, who have a stacking and suspension system, combined with the ER series, you have an accurate curve frame option, with an easily adjustable angle coupler. This allows for concave or convex curved configurations of up to 20 degrees.

For the catwalk, the smaller SF series modules were used as a flexible solution that could be easily adjusted and removed, and he could bear the strength of the footstep. While offering vivid colors and graphics at all times.

During the parade, Led panels illuminated the entire walkway and tunnel with psychedelic projections showing everything from a multicolored periodic table to metal structures.

“This incredible project really exceeded the limits of the visual media created with Led panels and was hailed as one of the most talked about shows of the iconic Paris Fashion Week. The flexibility of our range of high-quality Led displays will allow the world's largest artists to continue to create pioneering facilities”, comments Ben DaCosta, co-founder and CEO of InfiLED.
