JVC Expands D-ILA Laser Range with Night Vision Simulation Projectors
The DLA VS47NV and VS45NV models include a new IR Led block, Designed for night vision simulation exercises (NVG), which together with DLA-VS4600 are incorporated into the D-ILA range.
The three new projectors that JVC Visual Systems, Division of JVCKenwood USA, newly introduced for simulation applications incorporate D-ILA chips, BLU-Escent Laser/Phosphor Light Source, contrast ratio of 12.000:1, vertical refreshment of 120 Hz and native DCI 4K resolution (4.096×2.160p).
The DLA-VS4600 offers 4.000 Ansi lumens, while DLA-VS47NV and VS45NV, each of 3.000 Lumens, include a new IR Led block, Designed specifically for night vision simulation exercises (NVG).
In addition, DLA-VS47NV projector includes an 8K resolution picture mode from 4K signals, with stunning detail thanks to pixel shift technology, called JVC e-shift.

BLU-Escent technology, with dynamic laser control with frame coding (FEDLC), Uses a solid-state hybrid lighting system that reduces operating costs. In addition, allows the projector to be placed in multiple positions and angles without limits, providing sustained performance of up to 30.000 Hours of uninterrupted operation.
The three new projectors work with a colour depth of 12 bits via DisplayPort 1.2a inputs, Six-axis color management, gamma correction of 12 bits and digital reduction of Smearblack square.
They also incorporate automatic intensity and color calibration functions, which in turn contributes to reducing maintenance costs, plus customizable gamma presets and serial control via RS-232, to which is added the wide catalog of fixed optics, zoom and JVC adapters for these models.
