Sigma Alimentos implements a visualization platform helped by Userful

In the control room of its headquarters in Mexico has installed a videowall of 2×4, designed with 55" LG display and Userful drivers. From this, the delivery vehicles and the video surveillance cameras of the distribution centers are managed.

The Refrigerated Food Company Sigma is headquartered in Monterrey (Mexico) and extends its operations to the United States, Latin America and Europe. With a template of 45.000 people, in 2017 reported sales of 6.000 millions of dollars.

To facilitate the monitoring of distribution routes and climate to streamline operations, the company has implemented Userful's videowall technology in the main control room of its headquarters.

The room has a videowall, in configuration of 2×4, for which screens have been used Lg of 55 inches and bezel of 1,7 Mm. Userful has provided the drivers for this PC-integrated display support, zero client software and terminals. The solution has a single standard PC with Intel Core i7 CPU, 64 GB of RAM and an additional graphics processing NVidia card.

From this videowall, Sigma Alimentos monitors distribution routes and weather to track vehicles moving to and from its distribution centers; manages its surveillance cameras in all distribution centers; and displays applicable web content to control the fleet, remote desktops via VNC, for operators to interact with the videowall, and security cameras through the web.

Videowall operators use tablets to control it using Userful's friendly interactivity features, including interactive viewer and preset switch.
