Digico has announced the acquisition of the German brand specialising in personal monitoring systems Klang:Technologies. This is a new addition to the Audiotonix family that already includes audio brands such as Allen & Heath, Calrec, DiGiGrid, Solid State Logic and Digico itself.

"We have worked with Klang and their technology for a couple of years and when the opportunity arose for them to join Audiotonix, We made it happen. It will become a key part of Digico's future, as they combine forces to improve and facilitate the work of artists and monitor engineers", comments James Gordon, CEO of Audiotonix.

Klang:Technologies is a brand that focuses its activity on the development of immersive audio systems and binaural playback, including the use of custom HRTFs to create sophisticated personal mixing solutions for musicians.

Combining the hardware interfaces and a number of software and applications have created a complete ecosystem for spatial audio playback, targeting the most critical applications, what is the live monitoring of the artists like?.
