Panduit acquires audiovisual solutions manufacturer Atlona
As part of the purchase agreement, Atlona team to join Panduit enterprise business group, and will continue to serve its clients from its headquarters in San José (California).
The acquisition of Atlona, American developer of audiovisual solutions, signal distribution, wireless collaboration and automation, by the also American Panduit, manufacturer of electrical infrastructure and network systems, represents the entry of the latter into a new business environment and markets.
Atlona solutions are used in a wide range of AV/IT markets in commercial and residential applications worldwide, including education, business, government, entertainment and health, and that allow system designers, integrators, consultants and installers simplify your deployment.
