Visual Display faced a challenge from a customer at a hotel who wanted to upgrade the queuing system they were using to get customers to check in. They needed a solution that was easy to install and supported WiFi to reduce the number of cables. In addition, It would have to allow videos to be played to increase sales.
To respond to these challenges and renew the old system, an AOpen eTile19M-FW screen has been installed at the reception desk and a 10 inches on the counter.
