Yamaha deploys its sound technology, design and quality at InfoComm 2019
The VX range of speakers, for background music systems, voice and presentation in all types of applications, along with the new PC series D/DI amplifiers, constitute some of its novelties in the contest held in Orlando.
During his participation in InfoComm 2019, until next time 14 June in Orlando (Florida - EU), Yamaha shows professionals its commitment to developing the best background music systems, voice and presentation throughout the signal chain, with a full range of VX speakers, including the latest VXC2F and VXC8S roof models.
Built on the three pillars of sound, design and quality of this manufacturer, The VX series is divided into three types of speakers: ceiling VXC, VXS surface mount and VXL slim line column array. Models range from full-range miniature units to subwoofers, subtle but powerful, and a VXL Power over Ethernet unit (PoE).
With designs that are exclusive to Yamaha and many mounting options, VX speakers form a complete line of aesthetically pleasing units, with optimal audio response, which make them an ideal solution for any space or application.
Whether it's a busy restaurant or a relaxing hotel lounge or spa, a meeting room, a church or an airport, Customers want to hear the details of the sound the system offers, as the Yamaha VX range offers.
At InfoComm, The VX range is complemented by the latest V3.0 update of the Cissca system design software (Commercial installation solutions speaker calculator) of the company, helping integrators create optimal Yamaha speaker systems. This version adds additional speaker data and a new user interface, with Auto and Advanced modes, according to user needs.
“The benefits of the growing range of VX speakers are enjoyed by users around the world.”, in hospitality business, education, places of worship and many other spaces. Examples range from the InterContinental Davos hotel in Switzerland and Cardiff University in the United Kingdom., to Volvo Studio Aoyama in Japan, Saint Panteleimon Monastery in Greece, Petit Palace hotels in Spain, and many more”, puntualiza Yoshi Tsugawa, General Manager of Yamaha Audio Business Division.
New D/DI models of the PC series
The manufacturer is showing the D/DI models of the PC series these days in Orlando, which constitute a new class of amplifiers equipped with advanced signal processing, connectivity for Dante audio networking and a unique 20-inch input matrix×8.
Thanks to last, Sound from the analog or Dante inputs can be sent to another amplifier after fine-tuning with the internal processors, significantly improving system flexibility and expandability, with functionality that goes far beyond that of a simple amplifier.
The PC series has power options of 1.200 W y 600 W, and also with models for tours or for installations, making a total of four different models to choose from; all compatible with ProVisionaire Control/Touch, remote control and monitoring software applications.
The powerful input matrix of 20 8 provides superior flexibility and provides various options for system expansion. For example, incoming analog sound can be sent to a Dante network, so that the system is used as a Dante input rack 4 canales.
Even in a system without a mixer or signal processor, using array function effectively, Routing flexibility enables audio signal processing with internal processor. Besides, ProVisionaire Control/Touch provide great control and monitoring flexibility, even in systems without a mixing console or physical controller.
PC Series D/DI models feature a wide range of technologies, as advanced DSP processing, and options for great speaker control flexibility. Amplifier processors offer high processing capacity, very effective when used with speakers, such as FIR equalization, parametric equalizer 16 bands, frequency divider, etc.
