Sermicro provides PizzaHut Spain with a MenuBoard solution

The project consists of integrating a digital signage solution for restaurants in the 170 stores that the company has nationwide, taking care of the consultancy, design, Hardware and software supply, as well as the installation, Configuration and commissioning of all equipment.

Sermicro is the integrator company in charge of providing a complete MenuBoard solution (Digital signage for restaurants) in the 170 stores that Pizza Hut has in Spain.

They will take care of each and every one of the processes that are required to provide a complete service, among which are consulting, Solution Design, Hardware and software supply, as well as the installation, Configuration and commissioning of all equipment. Sermicro will integrate this solution with Sermicro's digital signage software Icon Multimedia, Deneva.

Likewise, will also be responsible for maintenance, both hardware and software, offering the necessary support through your Service Desk as a single point of contact. From this the openings will be made, follow-up and resolution of any incident that may arise, Ensuring business continuity.

Among the services to be provided will be the proactive monitoring of all screens, system management and administration.

As part of this comprehensive project, Sermicro also offers the management of the content of the screens, with viewing and remote control services, programming according to time slot and/or zone and adaptation and configuration of the content to any type of requirement.
