This spectacular visual support of 6,4 meters incorporates three in-line displays of 86 each inch of LG and is equipped with the touch technology of Zytronic. likewise, it also has a matrix, placed around the base, that you use 88 sensors and almost a thousand Led lights.
Build a multi-screen touch table of 6,4 meters with integrated electronics was the challenge that the international design and consulting firm had to face Ideo, to respond to the needs of one of its customers. In addition, this display support presented yet another challenge, its italian white marble coating.
To bring this original concept to life, Ideo resorted to Ideum and so a large table has been built covered with marble equipped with three multi-touch screens of 86 Inch, fully integrated that can accommodate up to 20 users simultaneously.
Designed to welcome staff and partners to a unique corporate training center, the table had to have a spectacular design, with special attention to detail, while being functional and having built-in multi-touch screens, motion sensors and Led lighting.
Ideum created the drawings of the store and worked with the architecture studio Gensler. The table was built in his manufacturing studio. The interior structure was trimmed in the CNC of the studio, it was glued and then fitted with fiberglass to provide additional strength to the heavy Italian marble covering the sides of the table.
The articulated steel hinges were designed and machined to allow each end of the table to support the extreme weight of the marble-clad interior access doors.. The marble was cut and applied by a local partner, Rocky Mountain Stone.
Ideum has also been responsible for building, bespoke, the three in-line multi-touch displays of 86 Inch. These use their custom frame and have commercial panels Lg and touch technology Zytronic. (This screen 86 inches is also the heart of Ideum's standard Colossus touch tables)
likewise, designed and implemented a sensor array around the base of the table, that you use 88 sensors and almost a thousand Led lights. As visitors approach, they change color to recognize their presence..
Ideum developed the software for the sensor system and worked in collaboration with Second Story, who was in charge of designing the software for the touch table; and performed an API and diagnostic tools for the sensor array, allowing it to be more easily integrated into touch table software.
