Omnivore KM-2B is the latest development of Kramer in microphones for corporate environments. A multipurpose double-limit system that eliminates the comb filter and maximizes acoustic energy, providing optimum clarity and flexibility, that the company presented for the first time during its participation in Ise 2020.

This development, which will be available from the third quarter of 2020, It has three selectable patterns to offer great versatility in any type of installation, from small and medium-sized meeting spaces (omnidirectional); under one screen (Sub-cardioid) or on the speaker's podium (cardioid).

Creation of Yuval Kramer, Kramer's audio director, thus defines its development, patent pending: "Omnivore KM-2B can be installed and configured by a person with minimal audio experience.. Switchable polar pickup patterns help the user to obtain excellent results in minimal time and provide a totally flexible installation.".

In addition to this flexibility, Sound quality is paramount. A selectable high-pass filter (HPF) at 120Hz helps to avoid any table noise. KM-2B's two microphones can be concentrated on a single channel or output two separate signals for redundancy in critical installations or recordings of a conversation between two people, each with its own microphone.

In addition, an additional 12dB boost mode of microphone sensitivity allows for a significant gain stage: If the microphone is far from the speaker, or in case the volume is too high, Increase can be cancelled to avoid microphone saturation.
