Media4Display manages the digital signage screens of Parque la Colina
In this shopping center of Bogotá has been installed a network of digital signage integrated by 17 vertical totems, each equipped with two 65" screens. one, equipped with touch technology, invites visitors to interact with ViaDirect's interactive search software, the other offers commercial videos whose content is powered by the Media4Display software.
Arauco Park is the third largest shopping center company in Chile, as well as one of the market leaders in Peru and Colombia. in 2016, opened a new shopping center in Bogotá, the La Colina Park. With more than 62.500 square meters, is one of the largest shopping centers in the Colombian capital with seven million inhabitants.
The center houses what they call social space, where you will find restaurants that offer live music on weekends, an outdoor green space of 13.263 m2 for families and children, and a Cinemark complex of rooms equipped with 3D.
To improve your customers' customer experience, Parque Arauco needed a solution to guide and inform its visitors about promotions and offers. The group commissioned ViaDirect the design and management of a digital solution that would respond to both requests. It decided to implement double-sided kiosks, that offered digital and interactive signage and chose to Telelogos for your digital signage solution.

ViaDirect partnered with Telelogos to deploy 17 vertical totems, each equipped with two screens of 65 Inch. one, equipped with touch technology, invites visitors to interact with ViaDirect's interactive search software, while the other side of the totem offers commercial videos whose content is powered by the digital signage software Media4Display.
The installation totals 34 spectacular screens capable of attracting and guiding visitors and customers of the Parque la Colina shopping center.
In this project has also participated the company Gable that has been in charge of the furniture and hardware, while ViaDirect has directed the physical installation in the mall, has developed and delivered a version adapted to the Parque la Colina center of its guidance software and provides software and hardware maintenance.
the result is an installation that simultaneously guides, informs and entertains mall customers.
