On the outdoor screens of the Callao cinemas you can see, during this month of May, An artistic collage made up of a selection of video art and photography pieces.

Cultura Inquieta and Callao City Lights end of confinement

To celebrate these first steps towards deconfinement, Restless Culture and Callao City Lights have prepared, as part of its cultural programme Callao City Arts, a selection of video art and photography pieces that can be seen over the next few weeks on the outdoor screens of the Callao cinemas.

This artistic collage aims to be inspiring and generate good vibes and will be enjoyed by all those who circulate in Madrid's Plaza del Callao and its surroundings, throughout the month of May.

Works signed by photographers and video-artists who have already participated in Callao City Arts over the last few months will be shown: photographs by Noell Ozsvald, Martina Matencio, Wilma Lorenzo, Maria Svarbova, Ibai Acevedo, Giuseppe Gradella, Elizaveta Porodina or Marina Sersale; and video art pieces by Oliver Latta, Marco Mori, Javier Soler 'Bastard Films', Anthony Samaniego, Laurie Rowan, j. to. Duran or Clément Mazieres.

The common denominator of the pieces that are exhibited on the screens of Madrid's Plaza de Callao this May is the colorful. The theme and composition convey these positive feelings to start this new stage.

Callao City Arts is the cultural program launched a year ago by Cultura Inquieta and Callao City Lights, in order to bring video art and photography to the street, exhibiting on the outdoor screens of the Callao Cinemas the work of new and consolidated artists in these plots.
